Beginnings

Beginnings is a generative art series exploring the promise of unborn ideas and the youthful naivety of beginnings.
The piece is centered around an egg-shaped polygon. The egg as the beginning of all life - the polygon as a throwback to my artistic beginnings.
The overall composition is generated from an invisible root shape that sometimes contains imperfections. As larger and larger lines echo on the page, subtle defects take on bigger and bigger proportions and participate in the overall beauty.
Beginnings is a generative art series for plotter output. Each iteration contains a specific paper color and two layers of black and white ink (sometimes, in rare cases, only black). The prints are meant to be framed within a white mat to provide a sense of continuity for the white lines.

Plotting Beginnings
As mentioned in the project description, each Beginnings mint includes a signed print.
Though those familiar with plotter output already know the intricacies of translating digital work to paper; all newcomers will soon appreciate the magic inherent in the process.
Beginnings is designed to plot to a final size of 11x14". However, the white line will often draw right to the edge of the 11x14" area. For this reason, I recommend using larger paper and framing the plot under a 11x14" mat.
I will plot claimed mints on A3 Clairefontaine 250g blue, gray or tan paper using black and white Posca PC-1MR 0.7mm paint pens.
How to claim your physical plot
To claim your plot, you must show that your wallet contains Plottable tokens for the Beginnings series. To do this, use MyCrypto’s Sign Message app.
Instructions are as follows:
- Connect your wallet to the Sign Message app
- Write a message like this: "I own Beginnings #4269, please ship to (your mailing address)"
- Copy the whole signed message, including the brackets and signature.
- Send the message to me via my twitter DMs twitter DMs, or email me at 0xphiiil@protonmail.com

Once I receive your message, I will print your claimed plot. Your unique work is signed, packaged, and shipped to you with care. Each token can only be claimed once.
I will cover the cost of shipping almost anywhere. However, if you live in Antarctica, or somewhere where shipping is difficult, I'll reach out to coordinate shipping costs.
Tracking claimed mints
Tracking of claimed mints will be visible on the Artacle Beginnings page. When purchasing a mint on secondary, you can verify if the signed plot is still available. Claimed mints will have a small green box at the top. You can also filter by printed/not-printed.
